URL /wp-admin/ Error Message: ‘Your IP is on a Spam Blacklist.’

I am trying to login to my wordpress account using http://www.ditaleoutdoors.com/wp-admin/. But when it loads its just a black page with the following message: ‘Your IP is on a Spam Blacklist.’ When I have tried to login such as here, it now says I don’t have a website and asks if I would like to create one. My site appears to be up and published and running still. How do I resolve this?
