  I’m not sure I understand. We do not offer free webmail on WordPress.com. It is an option if you upgrade to it but I do not see any upgrades under your account as you can see here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL associated with the email address you are trying to use? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
