  Hi,
  I purchased a custom theme that I would like to install on my site, but it isn’t letting me… Is this possible? i am currently on a free plan.

  Hi Brynn –

  No, it won’t be possible to upload a custom theme on a free WordPress.com plan. You’ll need the business plan in order to do that.
