Use a Domain I own

    Hello !
    I used to build my website on Wix with a domain I created. It has expired since June. I’ve read the page to learn how to transfer my domain from Wix to WordPress. I subsequently received a mail from Wix with a password to use my domain (expiring in 2 days). However, WordPress still mentions that my domain is locked by Wix.
    What can I do ? Thanks for your answer !

    Hi there,

    What is the domain you’re trying to transfer to us?

    If the domain expired in June, it’s almost certainly in redemption by this point. Domains in redemption cannot be transferred, so you’d need to renew it with Wix first before you’ll be able to transfer it away from them.
