Use a page as a redirect
-
I’m looking moving my self hosted blog to WordPress.com and upgrading to a WordPress Premium account.
I’m currently using the post ID as a permalink which WordPress.com and I can deal with for the majority of my posts, but I do have a couple posts where the post ID being the permalink is important for the example (https://itg.nu/88109 being one of them). Is it possible to create a page with the permalink and then redirect that to the post? (and periodically use shortpage names to redirect to other pages, posts, and web sites)?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Not as far as I’m aware. Permalinks are simply not configurable here, and you can’t buy the redirect upgrade per page.

Well I can’t adjust the full permalink, you can adjust the final tag.
In the case of pages you can create a page straight off the first / such as http://itgnu.wordpress.com/11-2/
Is there any code I could use if I wanted to redirect that to http://itgnu.wordpress.com/2012/05/04/twitter-url-shortener/ or http://itg.nu/?
