use old blog name

  Hello, i am new here and my new place wasnt as i would like so i deleted the blog. Now i am trying to use the same name but the domain is in use.

  The URLS that were once in use cannot be re-used.

  Blog names/titles are on the Settings-General page and independent of URL.
