    If we use a paid plan to build a website.
    When I stop paying.
    2 questions to ask.
    1. Can the user still visit the site?
    2. Will any editing feature be disabled because it is not paid?

    1. Yes. Your content will always be available at your ______.wordpress.com URL. If you have added a custom domain onto your site, that domain would stop working if you allow it to expire.

    2. If you were using the Custom Design feature of the WordPress.com Premium plan, any changes you had made would revert back to their original design if WordPress.com Premium expired. But other than that, your website would work as normal.
