  Want to allow user submitted posts. For example, use USP, user submitted posts plugin on the Iwbocceball.wordpress.com blog I am creating

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  You can’t add a plugin to a WordPress.com site. However, see the Plugin Requests note at the bottom of the Plugins support page.

  Or, Is there a free web hosting site that will allow the plugin to be used and then most important allow user comments. My biz.nz hosting site does not allow these feature in the free plan

  Users have various privileges according to the assigned role. See the User Roles support page.

  I’ve no idea. Have really only used WordPress.com, except for a very brief trial with BlogSpot 8 years ago.
