Used Domain names

  I want to start a another blog and some of the domain names that I have considered are taken. Some of those blogs have not been used since 2008, which makes me believe they are abandoned blogs.
  Is there any way to request these domain names from the original blogger.

  Only the current owner of a site can transfer the address to someone else, so you’ll need to reach out to the owners of the URLs you want directly.

  We can’t provide you their contact information, but if any of them have comments or a contact form enabled you can try contacting them that way.

  We do not reassign addresses of existing sites under any circumstances, regardless of how long the site has been inactive.
