  One of my users on my training portal can login but none of the videos will play. Her user login was created 2 months ago. The videos are working on my end. Can someone please let me know why this is happening?

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help from the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead, or contact support for the LMS plugin and/or membership plugin you’re using, if applicable.
