User can't accept the invitation

  A user can´t except an invitation. Meanwhile it was send twice (to the right e-mail address and the right WP username). But my blog won’t show of to his blog list. He tried accepting it after reloading the browser. But it doesn´t work. The blog isn´t privat. What should I do?
