User isn't displayed, can't access dashboard

    Hello, I’m a IB school teacher and am doing a blog unit with one of my middle school classes. We’re having the trouble that one of the students isn’t being displayed as a user from the admin dashboard. It’s peculiar because in the upper lefthand corner where it says All there are 5 users in parentheses but in actuality there are only four users displayed. When this student tries to access the site dashboard it does not give him permissions. What’s more if we try to invite him again then it says that he’s already a user. Please let us know what we need to do in order to give this student admin access to the blog in order to complete the assignment. Thank you!
