user list only shows administrator

  I am the admin. of a private blog. 20+ people have been invited. When I click on all users, only I appear. Most of the people can view the blog, but I cannot see their details. Also, some of the people are having trouble activating their invites. They have wordpress.com accounts, have received my invite, and either have accepted the invite but still cannot access the blog or they click on accept invitation but get an error or blog unavailable/private message. People are using Firefox 9.01 and IE 8 and 9.
