User log in issue

  User logging in reports error that she does not have log in permissions when trying to log in through the meta

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What happens when she tries to log in via the WordPress.com front page and not your site? https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php

  She reports she can’t log in that way, and that this just happened since I changed the theme of my site. When I changed the site’s theme, nothing else changed, so I’m at a loss.

  To me it doesn’t seem reasonable that there’s a connection between you changing your site theme and her inability to log in via the WordPress.com front page.

  Ask her to try using a different browser, or to delete her current browser’s cache and cookies. http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

  If she still is unable to log in at all, perhaps she should try the account recovery process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
