  Hi,

  I just set up an account and need to change my user name. I have watched the video and tries going to settings and simply delete it it won’t let me. It highlights and won’t delete. I haven’t confirmed the activation email as I am hoping to edit this before I do. What it is I need to do to solve this simple problem.

  Hi there,

  You cannot change your username because you haven’t activated your account yet. Please click the link in the confirmation email we sent you when you created the account to do that, and then you’ll be able to change your username afterwards.
