user name and password

  I have completely mixed up my user name and password for. I have no problems logging in on my home computer, and have the log in information saved, but I can’t seem to log in from any other computer. I have even tried changing my password and I still cannot seem to log in.

  Can you confirm which site or account you are having problems logging in to?
