User Name and Password Recovery

Dear WP,
Our organization managing the website ‘xpressmarine.ae’ the developer forgot the user name (email Id) for login the website.. please help me to find the admin email id of ‘xpressmarine.ae’ . How can I find my admin email address the developer used? please support me. I don’t know how to access the file manager or database. I have the domain and hosting control.. if I know which email id is the developer used for admin, I can rest the password.
