  I am trying to add my Gravatar to my admin user profile, however when I go to do so it says that there is a pending change to my email. I haven’t changed anything with my email. How do I fix this so that I can add my Gravatar?

  Where exactly are you trying to add your Gravatar profile and you get that message?
