  I am unable to change user role to administrator. It says I am missing API reCAPTCHA keys or something? Please help

  no, this is for another site. Which is CTMN.scu.wordpress.com I believe, we just created it today in my office

  I will need the exact URL. http://ctmn.scu.wordpress.com/ does not appear to exist. And WordPress.com software does not use CAPTCHA.
