User Sign Up with Channel and Login to Upload Content

We have installed Cactus-Video plugin and the option to create video channels is not appearing in the dashboard.
Is there a separate plugin that we need to install? Please provide information.Can we have users to sign up and create a channel for themselves on our website? The user should be able to upload videos after logging in on the created channel.
Our motive is to allow registered users to upload videos by themselves (and not via the admin). Please provide links, resources and steps to set this up.

The site you’re referring to (peekwhole.com) is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by Amazon.
