    user are not able register. error message’ Please provide valid email Id’, even from admin dashboard can not able to create user of any kind, message flashing new user created but when we click on that ‘ not valid user Id ‘ message display in new page. When we see datadase entry of user shows.

    Hi there,

    Just to clarify, you’re trying to add a new user to your site, but that person doesn’t have a WordPress.com account yet?

    They will first need to register a WordPress.com username before you’ll be able to add them. On WordPress.com sites it’s not possible to create a new user profile for someone else on your site. You can only invite someone with an existing WordPress.com username account to have access to your site.
