username and account confusion

  I have another WordPress account that my website is attached to, but for some reason, I can’t access the WordPress username. It says my account is closed. How could that be? My site is using that username?? I made this username, with the hope that maybe I can transfer it over in order to be completely functional. I discovered this because I wanted to update my Jetpack to a paid plan. Can you help?

  What is the URL of your site? What is the so called closed account name?
