  I just purchased a website and received my login credentials [redacted]
  for genesidesignstudio.ca however it says username invalid and so is the link they sent me in my email

  please advise asap

  Hi there, I’ve removed your credentials from our public forums. Please contact your web hosting provider (which looks to be webnames.ca) for assistance in logging in to your website. Once there, please make sure to change your personal info so that the information you posted here cannot be used to log into your WP site.
