  I used to have 2 accounts. I deleted one because I couldn’t tell them apart. But I deleted the one with the username I’d prefer. And I can’t change the current account to the old name because ‘it already exists’ – because it’s connected to the account I deleted.

  Hi there,

  Can you please let me know the deleted username to make sure it is indeed deleted?

  Please note that when a username is deleted it is impossible to get it back. This is done to prevent impersonation.

  Old username was @soloroboto

  When I try to swap my current name to that one, I get a message that it’s “already in use”

  Sadly we really can’t get the old username back, even with our admin tools.
