  i want to make my users see whatever i have posted directly,and i don’t want my users to customize the site

  Any visitor to the site can see your posts. A follower may receive new posts via email.

  i don’t want my users to customize the site

  See the User Roles support page. The Customizer, and the wp-admin Appearance menu items, are only available to Administrators.
