user's emails? lists?

    Newbie here, thanks in advance for your patience. I think I’ve gleaned that when a blog is private, the followers cannot get notification emails. That doesn’t make much sense to me, does upgrading make it possible? Also, I’d like to export a list of users. Can that be done? with upgrade?

    There is no upgrade that will allow users of a private blog to get emails. It’s too big of a risk. And as far as I’m aware, there’s no function to download all the users’ emails.
