  Hi, I am creating additional users for our site and the users receive the email but cannot login. They receive an error saying the ‘user does not exist’.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  For what site is this?

  For a WordPress.com site you as site owner cannot create usernames for other people. If you want to invite someone to your site, they first need to create their own username account on WordPress.com, and then they’ll be able to accept your invitation.
