Users not working properly

  My users are not working properly. My hosting site recommended I reach out to you directly for the fix. Users that have set permissions are not able to see the pages with these permission on the site. When I go into check the user settings, it lists my username as the website. When I try to change and update the settings it will not save. I also cannot see new passwords I generate anymore. How do I fix this?
