Users Unable To Login
-
Several of our user accounts say they can’t login and then when they go to change their password it says the user doesn’t exist. The user DOES exist in our Users list and worked prior to adding Jetpack to our site. Please help! These users are critical to our ongoing daily operations of our site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I assume you’re not referring to http://gfykm.wordpress.com/, as you mention adding Jetpack to your site, and this site hasn’t been active since 2008.
What is the site you need help with? Please check under Jetpack Security settings for the site if you have the Log in with WordPress.com option enabled. If you also have the option active to not allow regular WP-Admin login, and the users involved don’t have WordPress.com accounts connected to the site, that might explain this.
Those options are not enabled by default when you install Jetpack, though, which means someone had to have changed it after Jetpack was installed.
If that doesn’t do the trick, please contact Jetpack support directly at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support, or else post in the self-hosted WordPress forums at https://wordpress.org/support/
In this forum we can only help with sites hosted on WordPress.com.
