Using a domain from namecheap on WordPress

  I bought a domain on namecheap and would like to use the url for my wordpress account. I created a temporary site which does not have a custom address. How can I keep the work I did on the temporary site, but connect it to my namecheap domain?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  In order to use your domain hosted elsewhere with your WordPress.com site, you’ll need to change the domain nameservers at namecheap, and point them over to WordPress.com. Our nameservers are:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Then, you’ll need to purchase the mapping subscription upgrade so that you can map your domain over to your WordPress.com site.
