Using a premium theme

  I was wondering if I needed to have my own domain and sign up for hosting if I wanted to buy a premium theme. Or, could I use the premium theme on my current blog (keeping my .wordpress.com website link) by buying the premium theme for a one-time fee for the theme?

  You don’t need any other upgrades to buy a premium theme. You can use it on http://rufinapark.wordpress.com/
