  Hello sir,
  I just want to use a plugins name ‘cpa redirector’. I have a wordpress account name ‘date4set.wordpress.com’. If i buy a domain form you site than may i can use this plugins? If it not than what I have to do?
  Sir it is very much useful to improve my business so please give me a solution ASAP.

  No, there is no upgrade here that allows you to use plugins. Those are only for WordPress.org blogs on paid independent hosting.
