Using discount code on upgrade

  I just recently purchased the personal plan and used the ‘(redacted)’ code for 20% off. I realized that this was not the plan that allows me to add videos to my pages so I had to refund it and I am trying to purchase the Premium instead. On the promotional email it says that the ‘(redacted)’ coupon code applies to Premium, but when I type it in it says that it cannot be found. What can I do to apply this coupon to ensure that I get 20% off?
