Using email for a new blog

  I previously had a blog I didn’t use so I deleted it (I know I should have just renamed it but I didnt). I want to set up another blog using the same email as for the deleted blog, but the site won’t let me and I don’t have any of the account recovery details. Is there any way I’ll be able to do this, or will I have to set up a new email?
