You cannot use it to sell digital products unless you yourself made them. That means you can use it to sell code that you wrote, but not computers or parts. You can use it to sell services. But if you want an ecommerce site with a shopping cart, you will want to be at WordPress.ORG, not WordPress.COM, as we cannot use that functionality here.

Did you make them yourself? A computer you put together from parts made elsewhere does not count. Something you invented yourself and produce yourself is what is permissible here.

the products are ebooks, the author gave me master resell rights.
that allows me to be the author and many more. -

You are not the author – nobody can transfer being the author of a work – it sounds like you want to do what some other suspended sites tried to do. WordPress.COM also does not allow affiliate links.
Your description sounds like you should have a WordPress.ORG site with your own hosting.

http://en.wordpress.com/tos/Although no blogger initated advertising is, retailing or reselling the work or products created or services provided by anyone other than yourself is allowed on free hosted WordPress.COM blogs, there is an in-house advertising program called WordAds. It’s for well established blogs on their own domains, with suitable content and 20,000 page views or more monthly.
