using html 5 pages and changing the name of a website

If I want to change the name of my website how would I due this? I have not released it yet.
Second, I have created couple html pages from code.org and have them saved in note pad. can I use them on my word press website and if so how would I do this?
Third, I’m totaly blind and wanted to use a dark theme that is free for now. Which theme would you suggest? thanksThe site I need help with is comatosedkitty.wordpress.com.

You wouldn’t be able to do that on WordPress.com. The idea behind our platform is so you can create a site without the need for coding.
