Using my nav bar to navigate categories

  Hello, I’m sure this question has been answered somewhere before but I’m not quite sure where to look and search didnt exactly tell me what i needed to know.

  here is my blog’s url http://statusdope.com

  on top where the nav bar is as of now it says (home/cars/music/style/gear) as of right now thats the way i want it to be, however lets say i click “cars” it directs to an empty page, i’m trying to get that page to display all posts made within the cars category. just like what the categories widget does.

  can someone please shine some light on me, i’ve tried to HTML redirect and that didnt work.
