Using WordPress

  It has been a little over two weeks since I purchased my domain and every time I go into WordPress it says ‘A new WordPress site is coming soon.’ How long does this stay up until I can start setting up my site? Also, a lot of the tutorials I’ve been watching use tools under ‘dashboard’ which I don’t see anywhere. Where is this feature?
