Using WP HTML outside WP

    Hello, I stopped using WP about a year ago. I have the HTML code from that site and I’m now using it on my personal server. The issue I’m having is when I try to click on a link to go from one page to another, the page freezes – but the line progress bar at the top of page moves, giving the impression the site is going from one page to another – but it doesn’t load the other page. How can I get rid of that loader? Thanks.
