  This started as the free WordPress site with the URL usrepaddtiveceramics.com and later updated as the WordPress host (Automattic). at some point the (email visible only to moderators and staff) did not replace the usrepadditiveceramics.com address. When Sitelock tried to fix the hack, they could not find that the site had been upgraded in WordPress so they now need to know that the hosting has been upgraded

  What is the URL of the site you need help with?

  The domain, usrepaddtiveceramics.com, is not currently registered, and has never been registered or hosted with, nor connected to WordPress.com in any way.

  WordPress.com also does not have any integration Sitelock, so if you’re using that service, your site is hosted with another provider and using the open source WordPress.org software rather than WordPress.com.

  The account you’re using to post here only owns one site on WordPress.com, https://dchcpr.wordpress.com/, and has never owned any domains nor any other upgrades with us.
