Valentines day discount

Hello there,
I received an email offering me 30% off all plans today only, but every time i go to to choose a plan something pops up saying a previous discount code is applied and it wont let me change it, is there anyway someone can help me fix this? I was excited to upgrade to the premium plan and getting 30% off but the email says its just for today only.

Hi @alysiarez — Have you tried to access this page in a new browser? This may be the issue, and also make sure that there is no other coupon code added, as it can only take one. I’ll also tag this as Modlook, in case your account has issues, and staff could help you out. Thanks :)

Hi there,
It looks like another coupon has already been applied to your cart, yes. Coupon codes don’t stack, i.e. you can’t use multiple coupons to get a higher discount.
Go to https://wordpress.com/checkout/mentallystrangled.wordpress.com and remove the Premium Plan from the cart. Then go to My Site ->Plans, add a new plan, and add the coupon you received via email at checkout. That coupon code is still valid.

Thank you for the help, unfortunately that’s what I’ve been trying to do but after I remove the premium plan and try to do it over it automatically applies the old coupon right back. It’s like it’s “stuck”. I’ve tried opening a new browser, logging out then back in but it keeps applying it when I try to checkout.

Okay, in that case, please go ahead and add the plan. Let me know once you’ve done that and I’ll process a partial refund so you’ll have paid the same as if you had applied the correct coupon.
