Value Bundle Refund

    The product transfer could not be completed because a subscription or transaction record could not be found. Please contact support and quote this message to resolve the issue.

    I bought the value bundle and realized shortly afterword that it wasn’t what I needed. I tried to move the bundle to a site I could use it on, but then the duration shortened by 1 month. I either want it fully refunded or have the bundle for 12 months on the site I need it for.

    It looks like the refund went through successfully. It can take 1-2 weeks for the refund to be reflected on your account.

    A bundle is always valid for 12 months. If it’s set to auto-renew, the renewal date will be one month prior to the expiry date, but the expiry date itself remains 12 months from the purchase date, and you get 12 months of service.
