Value upgrade includes domain reg and mapping?

  I’ve paid $99 for an upgrade on my new blog and have received no info regarding registration for the domain. I used wordpress for domain registration because I thought it would be easier. No such luck.

  Received a receipt but no guidance and no way to determine how to take advantage of upgraded features. Rather lost! I would have polishedbookworm.com!
