  I have to purchase the offer WordPress Value Bundle (country ITALY). Will I receive an invoice including VAT? thanks

  Don’t know about the VAT – but I have flagged this for staff to help you

  You will not receive an invoice – you will need to pay with a credit card or Pay Pal then you will be sent a receipt after the payment is made

  I know what VAT is – but I live in the U.S. and don’t know how the VAT billing applies to WordPress.COM which is why I flagged it –

  No, WordPress.com is a US-based company, so all transactions follow US regulations and do not account for taxes levied by foreign governments.
