  Hi support I, had a recent subscription with Jetpack backup via bluehost. If I am not mistaken there should be a backup of my website in the cloud.

  are you able to retrieve these backups of my website: http://raeannelacatena.com/

  Hi @raeannelacatena, it looks like your backup plan was recently canceled, and you would need a plan to use its features. As our focus in this forum is for WordPress.com rather than Jetpack, I can’t say for sure whether the backups would still be there if you resubscribed, but it would probably be worth a shot! Then, while the plan is active, you can also contact Jetpack support directly if you need more help. I hope this helps!
