verification email

Hello, I need my account to be with the email I’ve set but whenever I ask for the verification email is never arrives. I get other email from WordPress. I get password and other emails from @wordpress.com
I’ve checked my system filters, my junk box, even spoken with my site administrator and we can’t find any reason why it’s not coming through.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m also not getting the verification email. You’ve taken my money, now please activate the service you’ve been paid for. My support tickets have been ignored, too.

I do not believe you are referring to verification for a WordPress.com account activation.
