verification email

  My new site is asking me to open the verification email but it does not show up in my email …i have clicked on the resend button several times and checked the email address but it still wont show up in my email. I cannot proceed without this step but i am stymied.

  Hi there,

  We’re sending the emails, but they’re bouncing back as your email server is refusing to accept them. Please contact your email provider to ask them to allow emails from us – if they’re blocking these they’re likely to also block emails from our support system, password resets, account notifications, etc.

  Failing that you might have to switch your account to using a different email.
