Version 3 update bug(?)

  Hello,
  We’ve recently updated to version 3 and noticed that there are some edit functions missing for editing the theme. I am trying to edit some links in the sections of our main page, but the section manager/editor is completely missing. Is this a bug as a result of the Version 3 update?
