Vertical Image keeps uploading horizontally

  I’m trying to upload a vertical image (it’s of a person, so if it’s sideways it looks stupid). It keeps uploading horizontally, even though it appears vertical in every other program I use. I tried rotating it and saving it that way before I upload, but it keeps stubbornly uploading in the incorrect, horizontal format. Advice? Thanks in advance.

  That’s odd; when you click to the file it actually reverses its flip. It’s a big pic, but not THAT big, not big enough to confuse the software.

  But I know why it keeps uploading sideways; you need to re-name the file itself before re-uploading it. Try that: rename, rotate, then upload it. See if that works. Doesn’t get at the root of the problem, but should work around it quite well.
