Very frustrated, please help

I know this is going to sound so silly but I am really frustrated. I have been searching for the answer and I still can not find what I need.
I have a site hosted through hostgator.
They sent me all the information and I was able to start playing with my blog. My blog being recycledcraftblog.com
I use cpanel. I had to take a break for a week and just went back to use it and I am lost.
I installed word press from the fantastico (i think that is it) in cpanel. I was using the dashboard to change themes, use the widgets and so on. I installed a theme from courts internet marketing site. I really like it.
Today I go back to log on and I can’t or I have forgot how to.
I use the/admin and it says it no longer exists. I logged on to wordpress and it gives me an old blog I had through them a long time ago. I chat with hostgator and they say to go to the cpanel/html and I can acess it there. I can’t find it anywhere. I have no clue how to get back or find a link or whatever it is I need to do to get to the dashboard of my blog. Please help.

You need to go to http://wordpress.org/support/ as that is where self-hosted blogs are supported.

I posted in the other forum and I still have no answer. ALl I want to do is play with this and I can’t. I tried the link you said and it won’t work for me, thank you though. -

Thank you sacredpath, I wasn’t able to do it that way, I finally called hostgator. They prompted me to go to http://www.recycledcraftsblog/wp-admin and then put in my username and password. I really appreciate your help though, very much :)
